I know a few people who have had their references checked then got a PFO, be cautiously optimistic. It's surely not a bad sign but not a guarantee either.

It's a "more" positive sign that you've received nothing yet.

Generally speaking the longer the wait with no letter tends to indicate a more favourable result, however, that has also shown to not be the case.

Good luck.

Cheers

I was told that if I hadn't heard anything after 8 weeks to phone and inquire. Why don't you call?

References called. My supervisor said that the head of hiring was asking him when would it be a good time for me to leave that would be good for my current company and that would fit a course date for AC. My supervisor said early June seemed to be a date that AC was shooting towards. But that was 4 weeks ago, and still no word yet. Has anybody else run into this scenario?

Ya. Right. RP doing YUL turns eh? You claimed you were in the April ground school, which right about now would put you in training on type in ground school or the sim. You're not helpin' yourself dude. Your reputation isn't improving. Not that you care. Anonimity has its benefits, eh? So how are things at Jizz? Applied at WJ yet?
