Its really too bad the riders have a few games vs the ti-cats and esks remaining or we might be able to seriously ponder the implications of another 9-9 season :p

Well if Printers does manage to turn the cats around (which I don't think they will because quarterbacking wasn't their problem) We very possibly could wind up 9-9 again. The game this weekend against B.C will tell the story I think.

Despite my obvious attempts at buggin' you about your team...I gotta admit...the good folks from Sask really support their team. I was in Sask a year and a half ago, I was amazed to see how they cheered for their beloved Green Rough Riders to a point of being emotionally charged about winning or losing. And from what I understand...being 'emotional' is a rare thing for farmers

If Sask had the population numbers...My vote would be for you to have a hockey team right after Winnipeg...

However...if you do get a hockey team...could you pick your own name? The Regina Maple Leafs is already taken.

Personally I hope we never get a hockey team. As a football fan I'd hate to see any of this energy taken away from the Riders. That's why I'd also hate to see Hamilton get a hockey team because that would be the final nail in the coffin for the Cats and the CFL can't stand to lose anymore teams. I really hope Hamilton can get their stuff together.
