We supposed, like some of the posts had surmised, that the rear door was not latched and as he opened the front, perhaps allowing the slipstream to catch the rear door, like some1 posted, perhaps his parka got caught...
He used to do that clean up thing all da time.
I missed the funeral, but I heard there was a fly by of Twin Otters...saluting his memory.
