I think what is lost on half of the reporters is this is not an ATTACK airframe. It is a troop/cargo carrying aircraft thats disigned to replace the CH-46 Sea Knight, which is not an attack A/F.

I see them on a daily basis, and they're great for the mission they are accomplishing.

Gen Jones was also misquoted. The "peashooter" this dumbass reporter is talking about is on other airframes, which has proved its self in combat. But that wouldn't make a good story for this douche bag.

I don't think it's that loud. Or at least as loud as a -47 or -53. Although there is more rotorwash compard to the older birds.

I still give it a thumbs up.
