MFC vs. OAS vs. CONFED

to the best of my knowledge, OAS is 119/hr for the a/c + 48/hr for instructor. That is wet. No club fee, no landing fee, no headset rental. No hidden fees. I'm with barney on this one... beat up 150's/172's... OFC's duchess doesn't seem to move anymore. I don't know why. They seem to like bouncing aircraft onto runways - everyone has a bad day... but they seem to be bouncing every time I'm at the airport.
