We need a contract at AC, no doubt about it. Can you imagine an “agreement” at AC within any department? I think it would be dubbed the "argument". Hell we can't even get the rampies in YYZ to show up at the gate on time. But what I was implying was that for WJ, the non-unionized style of an agreement works well for them.
