Transport Canada......are their pilots really that good?

Hey everyone,

I used to trust Transport, but they kicked my ass for no good reason! I'm a nice guy, I keep my head down and fly safe, but I had a VERY small incident with no damage done to anyone or anything, but they said I broke a rule, handed me a $250 bill for the trouble, and now I have a spot on my record. Never thought it would happen to a guy like me.

Why is it that the people who know the least about what happened are the ones who decide what happens to you?

P.S They must "un-train" their pilots. I've overheard Center on more than one occasion giving a TC aircraft crap for not obeying a simple instruction.

Transport guys are the type of people that come to your house and drink all of your beer when they don't even know you
