Dude, it was cute a few posts ago; but come on, argh! Are we supposed to play hangman with every one of your posts?!?
French article, but from what I've gathered from it, two former Aeropro pilots say it was only a matter of time an accident happened and that Aeropro deserved what they got. They also say that Transport is also to blame for the accident since there had been numerous anonymous pilot complaints over the years. They speak of pressure from the employer, a "penalty bench" where pilots were no longer called for flights if they refused to do anything. They speak of overweight take offs, fudged maintenance release, etc etc.
If any of this is true, I hope it serves as a lesson to all the third level employers and employees. I hope this company gets what it deserves, and if they are found to be responsible for any deaths, I hope they are charged criminally.
Glad to see them go, reckless company. Have seen them brake a few regs from time to time. As mentioned before, takes a crater in the ground before TC smartens up. Pay attention Pascan!

If any of you guys think reporting something to Transport will make a difference your are sadly mistaken. The bureacracy and amount of inspectors who don't want to make waves and do what they should is overwhelming. I was a former Chief Pilot and dealing with them was a waste of time. They only act when accidents and unfortunately fatalities are involved.
perhaps what TC needs to do instead of having "inspectors" is have "spies" where they have TC employee's getting jobs (without revealing their TC employment) at some of these companies that they have started to have complaints about and find how how things really work and what the real deal is with the company only then will they finally start to catch up to some of these sketchy operators

This is a clever idea!
TC could also hire current employees of the companies to be spied, as contractors. Maybe we are watching too much TV.

Totally irresponsible, unnecessary, dangerous, immature and reprehensible. In other words brillant!
Yeah its in french. Basically, Company is not trying to appeal. Wx reports and airport management will still continue but the rest is defintely over, leaving a bunch of employees on the street.
