Well they are looking once again to replace the replacement of the former replacement.
Seems as if co-pilots are treated as a joke with this outfit.

Thats because the CP is a total DB! They f/o is only there to ensure he does not have a heart attack. The F/O was imposed on him by the company and he HATES it. Clearly from the extreme amount of times this add has come up in the past 2 years ( 4 times I think), these poor buggers have a 6 month life span.

Hopefully the company realizes what is going on here.

Of course 6 months of F/O time is better than no time, but I hope these guys/girls aren't leaving other jobs to fly here, and then getting canned.

Here's hoping that the next co-pilot that is hired doesn't have some experience and can see the bovine excrement that this captain is pulling. Someone who documents everything to show the head office how much time and money is being wasted by this flightdeck manager. It would be a shame to finally see an ad for Captain (The North West Company) instead of the Co-pilot ad that appears often enough that it should be "sticky-ed" to the job section. Of course, I could be way off base and the "Captain" is actually a joy to fly with and isn't chasing half decent pilots away. But its hard not to think that when this ad shows up every couple of months.
