I'm still on the YWG ramp pool waiting list.. Been waiting for just over 3 months.

Where did you get that number? YWG ramp starts at $12 and only increases after your first year review, YWG cargo at $12.15, YTH slightly higher. Most of the guys on the ramp (YWG) are very new at this point too.
