Thunder Airline "what a great company"

This raises an interesting point... I wonder how many companies are going to have any foresight here regarding the crews that they are very likely going to lose. My guess is not many. If by this you mean the departure of pilots for AC/Jazz/WJ in the next couple of months, I would say most companies have hedged their bets. See also Training Bonds AKA Expensive handcuffs. This raises and interesting point... Niquetamere, me semble qu t'as manque l'essentiel dans ce thread. Ca n'etais pas que ils avaient cancellait la position, mais de la maniere dans qu'ils l'avait fait. On sait que des fois des contraits se disparait. Mais, comme toujours, c'est pas ce que tu dit, mais la maniere donque gue tu le dit.
For those who failed grade 8 French: Niquetamere, it seems to me you missed the essential theme in the thread. Not so much that the contract which would require more drivers got ancelled, but the manner in which the cancellation was imparted to the would-be new hires. We know that contracts come and go. As always, it ain't what you say, it's how you say it.

OK OK Ive read almost all the posts and honestly i never laughed so hard in my life. Thunder isnt that bad but I agree with some of the comments about the way they handle stuff. I do have personal experience with this since i did work for thunder. All i can really say is the only reason i stayed was because of the crews. The pilots are funny and oh mostly cute *laugh* they amde the stress and bullshit way easier to take.
I too worked at Thunder. I sat beside bcflyer many times going to godforsaken Ont. for the day and sometimes the night.
Just gotta say they always treated me well. And when they needed me to get the ATPL they paid for the Areocourse and my hotel.
I can't speak for others but I can only say It was a good place to work
Hey bcflyer pm me
