Have you ever had to feather an engine because you shut off the fuel,
No never.
and it wouldnt light again once you turned it back on
They always re started....the only way I can think you could have a problem is if the throttle was full open,,,and if you are that careless you could roll inverted. Edited for personal attacks.

Trolling other members can lead to thread locks, and perhaps suspensions. I'll quote an older post:
It is all about risk management, I personally never shut down an engine during training on any flying machine single or multi engine for the simple reason that I can simulate a failure close enough for training purposes.

So why expose myself and others to unnecessary risk?
