At the college I'm in the drop out rate is about a dismal 50%...but that is not a testement to the success of the school...there is no bell-curve like at other schools...it's just that some of the students didn't focus on school enough and paid the price. If you are hard working and diligent, you'll do fine anywhere.

About people that get hired...the latest graduating class is filling a lot of positions in the bush and instruction. Many students are also hired back as instructors, the regional carriers also like to hire the ME-IFR instructors often, so there are always new positions.

One last thing, don't sell out the traditional methods of flight instruction at a local flying club.
