There’s a response.

Who will step up and fund Flairs operations when, not if, when, flying demand slows.

Which it already has.

Any idea how Flair plans to operate 50 fins?
After Covid there were plenty of expats needing to come home, that was your supply of left seat pilots, now there are better paying jobs for that, not sure where you’ll find these pilots
That’s a reasonable question. I really have no idea.

Apparently the wage disparity is being discussed and a potential announcement in the coming weeks or months…until it’s an LOU its just meaningless talk. Not sure how Porter Flair Lynx or anyone outside AC AT and WJ are going to find all these qualified pilots. Flair/Lynx 50 jets, Porter 100 ? Dramatic Overcapacity and not enough qualified Pilots. So it would be great for CEOs and the trolls on this site for flair to go under, but it won’t be productive for the much needed push towards industry standard wages that this country needs.

Flair or Lynx go under Porter doesn’t need to keep bumping up their compensation.

I don’t know,,,maybe the same people that funded flair during Covid. Either way I shouldn’t be feeding the trolls. Enjoy your day I won’t be responding to you anymore.

Foresure, I’m not sure how they will do it either.
I think Porter has hit the limit of DEC qualified Jazz pilots who will jump ship now, maybe a few higher time FOs who think it’s better to roll the dice over there waiting for AC but not a significant amount.
No company failures would be the best outcome for pilots and that’s who we should be rooting for, so I hope you guys do stick around and get an increase in pay,
Cheers

Nothing personal on Flair. Not trolling at all. I’m just doing the math on the forward economy, and I think the weak wont survive.

Its unfortunate

I've been saying it for years.

Thankfully for those who are employed by Flair, I continue to be wrong.
