My friend Mr Oak has pretty much got it covered but my 2 cents is having had a LH050 in the past you'll go looking for that second visor which as the evening approaches and the light fades you can't beat the Amber lense. I now have 2 LH250s and think they are terrific although $$$$$$$$$$.
I use ANR only because after 15yrs of wearing earplugs all day I hate the damn things.
CEP is great but you've still got things jammed in your ears.
