Why do westerners assume they want to live in a liberal, western inspired democracy.

So long as Sharia law is followed the society will be neither free, nor liberal. But then when was the last time the United States actually instilled a democratic society post invasion?

Believe me, I am no fan of Sharia Law. But why do we have more right to impose our way of life on them than they do on us?

We are not imposing our way of life on them if they are still following sharia law. It is a sham, a fraud.
