14-15 days off/month, 3 weeks vacation, salary range for a Capt. 90K-145K year after 10 years, 51K-75K as an FO (start salary better than WJ or AC I think?), no commuter pads, no 6 hour commute to YYC, or rat race commute to YYZ, no nasty AC gate agents to deal with other than when I am traveling as a Elite Aeroplan member and I get called up for my upgrade to J Class, 52 hour layovers in CUN[/b], and Cuba, very efficient flying, great overtime pay, a fair dental and medical benefits package, very well maintained aircraft, a solid union in ALPA, knowing most everyone you fly with, and living in YHZ.
Wow you are out to lunch, heres why..
14-15 days off/month --- What is your 90K based on? Then I'll tell you if if 14 days off/month is any good
3 weeks vacation --- Minimum allowed under Canada labour code - 10 days plus 9 stats

Salary range 90k-145 after 10 years -- Does that mean a Capt will make 145K in the year 2018?

No nasty AC gate agents to deal with -- I'd rather deal with them than work for Ken Rowe anyday! And by the way that's not a nice thing to say, I thought you Easterners were suppose to be nice folk...
52 hour layovers in CUN, and Cuba, very efficient flying -- Read that to yourself 3 times and if it makes sense to you then you shouldn't be flying airplanes.

Very well maintained aircraft -- Now thats a joke ! Didn't it take Canjet 5 1/2 hours to get to PUJ because Ken Rowe was to CHEAP to put HF's in the airplanes?? HUH? How about all those MEL's on those 737-500's that were flying out of YYZ? HUH?

Living in YHZ -- Getting tired of that one after 25 years, who cares !
