The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.

And that is a very responsible thing to do Cat. I'm not criticizing you at all I just want to make it understood that the "company" is not pushing us like they may have to other's in the past. The culture has changed, and although it's not the greenest grass on this side, the seeds have definatly been planted.

Re: Wasaya Layoffs?
Once again a Wasaya thread has been hijacked. I'm shocked that this hasn't turned into a SIFR bashing. The fact remains that two very good people have temporary lost their jobs and having gone though that some time ago I feel for them. Now Doc and Hot Fuel, kiss and make up and FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR JOBS YESTERDAY FFS

I agree whole-heartedly that if we choose to fly overweight, then we have to live with the consquences...
That being said, I guarantee that 99% of us have flown overweight at some point. Be it in a 172, beaver, or hawker.
I have great faith in the 748 and I know that shes got all the power you need to take some granny gas

Re: Wasaya Layoffs?
So, WTF? Do you agree with flying over weight? After all, you just know the old Hawker can handle it? That's the attitude we are trying to weed out????Drive_it_in wrote:I agree whole-heartedly that if we choose to fly overweight, then we have to live with the consquences...
