Gilles you said, "In the name of all pilots in this country, in your name too, even if against your will, so that all flying jobs in this country benefit not foreigners but Canadians and legal Permanent Residents."

Yet you very well know if you get your way SWG will simply wet lease planes and base them in the likes of VRA and CUN where no Canadian pilots will have the chance to fly them. This will also leave several hundred Canadian flight attendants out of work as well. While most of us initially agreed with your views on foreign pilots it has since become apparent you seek to do away with it altogether. This IS after all is what a forum is for, debating.

Keep dreaming, I love it when guys like you make such bold predictions. Sunwing, like many other company's has 2 to 5 star hotels. My guess judging by your name is that you picked the 2 star Cuban option, with the Red-eye flights... And your 100% correct, you get what you pay for. Next time I suggest the Barbados or Aruba 5 star package that leaves YYZ at 9 am for your 7 day package (start saving, it's not cheap). Keep us posted on that one Eh.

I said their product is cheap and misleading. It cost $1000 for a said 4 star. Don't advertise 8 nights when you barely sleep in your room for 7(misleading)! Also explain which room your are going to get, especially if its not part of the main resort (misleading). I said $1000 i paid for the trip, that was to Sunwing and paid another $300 to the resort to move to the main reasort. Cheap and missleading!!!

And I do go to Barbados every 2 years, and I travel on Westjet of Air Canada.

1000 all inclusive is a pretty good price for barbados. I don't think Sunwing even goes there anymore. AC Rouge and Westjet are both going to higher density seating, it will be interesting to see if this improves sunwings reputation.

Either way shitty your vacation didn't work out.

Keep up the good work Gilles, for every one whipline .. There is 10 people who support this fight. Apathy is not cool whipline, you'll thank Gilles in time when you still have a job flying, or whatever it is you do.
