Confirmed by GR. Grievance has been filed for every year of non-compliance of the flow.
Separate issue of the contrat interference claimed earlier in the post.
Maybe we’ll be made whole for the non-respect of the flow.

Hopefully so, the grievances were broad and basically state that AC should have hired the entire jazz pilot group two times over. The first one filed never mentioned the 298 pilots. Filed with corrupt motives from CB.
