While I wouldn't feel bad for jazz given their current compensation, if you can call it that, that strikes me as a good way to burn bridges and give yourself a bad name in a small industry.

Isn't all this bond talk irrelevant? Are you going to get a Dash type rating then jump ship from jazz for big bucks at encore, encore to sky, sky to jazz? Any way you look at it you'll be making poverty wages in any of the bases those companies operate.

Sad and very true, regional job = poverty, and no amount of spin can put a shine on that turd.
