It doesn't matter one bit if the timing is off by a few months. The plan isn't based on the summer of '21. its a multi year expansion and if COVID keeps everyone on the ground to the fall then it hurts everyone as much, if not more than Flair. The airline will be there and positioned to take advantage of the rebound in travel when, not if, it occurs.

My issue with Flair is they fly old heavily used airplanes. Why not sit in a bran new C series ( A220) or Max with a good seat back entertainment system.
A little bit of research would show you that Flair currently operates 3 B737-800NGs, I certainly wouldn’t refer to them as "old heavily used airplanes" and has 13 new Max's joining the fleet. Seatback entertainment isn't commonly used in a ULCC airline model.
