From what we see going on here we have an us against them mentality that is getting more and more the norm, rather than an assotiation of two groups working together using common sense and thoughtful seperation of careless operations and poor airmanship by a very few pilots.

FSS under Nav Canada is driving a wedge between those on the ground and those in the air due to dictates from the management of Nav Canada and TC in their MANOP's , CAR's and their mandatory AOR requirements.

The root of the problem is at the top of Nav Canada that contains some of the stupidest humans who breathe air, who just slipped sideways out of TC into this new bureacuracy called Nav Canada.

As long as this mentality is in charge things will only get worse as more and more policies are churned out of the dark caves that these morons are sitting in.

I have finally gave up hope that common sense will ever again be the norm in Aviation and to maintain my own self worth as a professional in the world of flying I can only hold that mentality in utter contempt.

Meanwhile I can read the obvious results of these policies as evident by the distrust that is growing between these two groups....FSS and pilots....Sad situation and only getting worse.

Here is an example of the police state mentality at work..

If I am not mistaking, and correct me if I'm wrong, but all CAR's violations are to be reported to TC. AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE!!!

Mindless adherrance to a minefield of rules called CAR's that no one can figure out anyhow has now become the driving force behind aviation.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no

After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.
