Hello all,
I have searched and couldnt make certain what the validity of the INRAT is without having an instrument ride. I ran out of time to compete the flying portion and want to make sure the exam doesn't expire before I can complete the rating.

I doubt that you have ever written the INRAT so therefore your question is irrelevant
