Yes, the company gets its 17th day, and an automatic payment matching scheme where rates are reduced to match a startup. In return the company will provide unlimited sachets of lemon/lime powder for waterbottles (which are already supplied).
All told a fine fine document.

(The TA isn't out yet)

Why would you be happy with your PACT committee when you go to a information meeting WITH OUT being informed first. I would not be trusting my so called representatives.

You need to find some friends who get why they came to WJ in the first place. If you wanted it to be just like AC, there is another company you should have gone to. You can't expect the company to match your expectations when you agreed to match theirs.....

I think he's saying he hates all the former Air Canada Jazz pilots, not sure how he feels about the Jazz pilots after the spin off

I don't have any skin in this game, but have a few questions regardless.

Did the max days of work stay at 16? Or did it slip to 17?

Are there any major changes to the way you guys/gals can pick up draft/OT?

What were you guys looking for/not wanting to give up vs what seems to have come down the pipe?

Just a curious guy, wondering how things are going..

Hearing really positive feedback from the pilots I know. Double time on the 17th day and its limited to 1X per pilot per year. New scheduling rules that really help out the commuter. Good pay scales with new fo steps. Most guys are happy. Some guys aren't happy but I suspect they aren't happy people in real life anyways.
