Commuter looking to rent a private room and bathroom

Hi all,

I am looking for a very clean and quiet place to rent while commuting to YHM.

Location: anywhere between YHM and YYZ but preferably closer to YHM.
I'll only be there part time, approximately 10 days a month (or less)
Requirements: CLEAN and quiet... need to sleep during the day as I fly the nightshifts.
Would need access to a kitchen.
Preferably no small kids, dogs or cats

About me: I'm a pilot, super clean and quiet... sociable and easy going.
Looking to rent as of the second week of March.

You prefer no kids, dogs or cats and I prefer no pilots. Guess we can't do a deal. ;)
