Jazz or Encore? Which is better/worse

Considering if you want to fly Mainline in red or teal these days you have to jump into a regional and spend 5-7 years in the minors before you get called up to the big leagues. Considering pay/schedule/working conditions for new hires which is a better place to call home for nearly a decade before you make the move up.

Seems to me encore pays more with newer equipment and your at least in the WJ machine with a better chance to see the 37, Jazz is less pay older iron right now and after 7 years as a new hire you are only in line for an interview at mainline with no guarantee your going to get pulled up. I hate what encore did to the airline industry but given the current state of affairs in this business they are not the worst of the worst anymore.

AC provides the better package, but is the risk worth the reward when WJ is guaranteed through WJE?

Do you like blue and red, or white and teal?
AC is going to be around forever, with QC government and CAN government it's a sure thing.
WJ, moving into bigger steel, it's 50/50. Could be golden, Could be a nail in the coffin.

If you aren't dead set on one over the other, I'd say take whoever calls first.
