Hello, I am just graduate from MFC with integrated program and currently back to Toronto (Markham more precise). Trying to find a job that related to aviation industry however not success, therefore I am planning to obtain a instructor rating and working as flight instructor for couple years. So please give me some suggestions that which flight school has a better reputation and would be more likely to hire back to the school as a instructor. Or any suggestions of the first step to this industry are welcome.
