Here is a question. Looking at the GOHMA 3 ARRIVAL into Windsor, Ontario.
From YXU VOR to AXXIS Intersection, it shows 10,000' segment altitude. Is this a hard altitude? I mean, with GNSS, you don't have the reception issue that you would if you only used VOR/DME for this procedure, however there is still the obstacle clearance requirement and there isn't a MOCA published to help you out.
I did find the FAA equivalent for the same procedure, and IT DOES publish a MOCA... Weird.
Here are both Nav Canada and FAA

Re: STAR Question
The altitude is neither underlined over overlined so it is recommended, CAP says no MOCA as it is incorperated into that recommend altitude
Re: STAR Question
A DME as well, but Detroit is quite close and probably want you lower and out of the way, especially when 23 is in use.
As well, the riverside descent area is from 1700-3000'. The FAA TRACON can also receive low altitude alerts with YQG arrivals for 7 on Detroit radar (higher terrain on the north side of the airport) as fun fact
