Upper valley aviation has a job ad for AME s ,,,checked their website, no job/employment section and the Avcanada ad shows a long list of requirements but NOTHING with respect to what the company can offer the employee!!! Im familiar with no wage listings so the fellow employees can be kept at a low wage/no raise BUT pleaaaasssee, try to look like your willing to entertain an AME in a 2 way deal!!

Usually if you can't find anything on AvCan about a company, that's a good thing. Most people who have good jobs tend to keep it to themselves and don't share much. From my experience anyways.
Maybe contact the employer?

Fair enough ! I have worked for companies where as a new employee with the same qualifications, i was making more than a good 10+ year veteran. These companies cannot get AME s at the wage they pay their loyal employees and their loyal employees are fed scraps from the table,,,,says a lot about aviation and business in general

I quit there because the guy was cheap, abusive, and wouldn't give me a raise.

UVA is under "New management". aka his son has taken over. Very level headed, and decent to work for.
I'm an employee there right now. Medical, dental, etc. Pretty decent wages, compared to any of the other companies on the field.
I basically get left alone, other than asked, what my goal was for the day, and if delivery schedules of the airplanes are on time.

Interesting to note that a company can grow in maturity from father to son ,,, usually, it is the other way around

UVA, I suggest you provide dental/medical and comparable wage when you advertise
