Color Blindness help

Post by cadoc »

Hello,
I've recently found out that I have a color deficiency on my cat 1 medical. Failed the ishihara while passing the d15 with a perfect score. Does this mean I have to take the d15 every time I go for my medical or will it be exempt throughout my career?

Thanks

I took the d15 just after my first cat 1 medical with the same results as you and never officially done it since.

Keep a copy of the D15 for your own records, so that if TC or your CAME happen to misplace it you won't have to retake it. I've been using my D15 results for a number of years now with no complaints from TC. Of course that can all change rather quickly...
