Anyone else getting a strange presentation? Looks like my magnification is turned on (it isn't), with a 404 file not found message up in the top left of the page?

Shows up in both Safari and Firefox..

I'm seeing the same thing as well. I've noticed that all of the internet history entries are being listed as 404 Not Found as well.
