If you need a CAT1, I'm assuming you are or will be a commercial pilot. I'm sure someone holding a CPL can google "civil aviation medical examiner CARS", and then click on the very first result google gives you. They are all pretty much the same price.

Stay away from Dr Pearlman. Both expensive and, well....just stay away.
