any current pilots let me know what the direct entry 1900 captain salary is? Is the working conditions as good as the add sounds?

Re: Pacific coastal job add
I'm not there anymore but still know a lot of guys there.
The Dir of flights ops and chief pilots are awesome. The ownership is good and is family owned.
The B1900s are tired but I see some new ones so maybe they are better. The new Saab(s) are quite nice.
Pay is for a B1900 captain is probably $55/hr ish. They have a min month guarantee but no pay protection, so if your day changes and it often does and results in less flying - less pay.
You fly lots of legs and no autopilot on the B1900. You will be flying with some pretty green pilots and days go right to cars limits so expect to be bagged at the end of the day especially with bad weather.
The flying can be challenging too. Vfr only destinations in the mountains and lots of non precision approaches.
I would contact them if you're interested. I'm sure the email address is on the website.
