Interesting.. I wonder where it's located? Listing says North Carolina, but the photos don't jibe with that.

7.5 million is a lot of money. One may wonder how much TU 144 cost when it was new. I do not think there is anyone who can answer it. It can be observed that the TU 144 was a project in the same class as the Concorde. The development of this plan was a contemporary one of the most costly of all in the world at that day. Altogether 17 TU and 20 Concorde was built. Probably every aircraft cost several hundred million dollars each. A Skoda loses much of its value over the years, but the aircraft loses obviously more.
