Georgian does not have a pay scale. If they did it wouldn't go above 3 years bc you need to be a bit out there to join let alone stay.

Just wondering if GGN has a PIC under supervision program as provided under the CARs, allowing one to accumulate a certain amount of PIC hours when working towards an ATPL without having upgraded to Captain.

GGN just put their first 2 250 hr pilots on the CRJ, 2 more next class so the PICUS will be launched on the CRJ soon if it has not already been done - last I heard at the approval stage.
