I wouldn't say no to it, but the Carson Air Metro FO living in YYC is going to need it far more than I do.

FO pay just went up to 33k plus per diems. Probably 6 months or less for the upgrade too.

That's only for new hires. If you were hired under the 19 000/year you remain at that wage till your annual review
