RRSP Matching Programs/Over Time/Per Diem/Vacation
What are the current company RRSP matching plan and Over Time, Per Diem, and Vacation compensation plans? WJA, AC, Sunwing, Transat, Porter, Sky, Encore, Jazz, Sprint, LAS, and other small well known operators.

DC pension
Overtime after 85 credits or on a WDO (worked day off)
Per dime up to $88/ day plus a monthly uniform repair/cleaning allowance IIRC 62$
Vacation first couple years is 2 weeks paid stats and 2 weeks paid vacation. Bid on as per seniority. You can take the stats as pay if you want.
ESOP is up to 6% of your annual income with a current 60% company match. Dividends have been a consistent 4c a share thus far.
We also have a performance bonus per quarter that varies based on how many of the targets we hit.
