Pilot Job For Sale

Post by Doc »

Ah, the way of the future! This ad will become quite common. Consider this...Air Canada is still working in "red ink", but there's an easy way out. Pilot's in today's market are doing back flips to hand over large sums of money to companies. If some "rinky-dink" (that ought to piss 'em off) company in the nether regions of YFB can get pilots to pony up 30-35K to be polar bear bait, think what they'd pay to fly a nice new RJ in YYZ, YVR or YUL!!
Interviews of the future will require a valid credit card, and a credit check. Let's say 100K amortized over 15 years? That should have them lined up aound the block!
Interview questions will include...Will that be cash, cheque, or VISA?
Can you run Windows XP?
There should be no aviation questions...just think, The pilot gets to wear that "chick magnate" blue suit and little gay cap! All he has to do is pony up 100K...and that's squat!
Sick! Really Sick!

That is hilarious. Why bother with the BS right? Just get to the point, pony up the money and show up the next day. After that it'll be a matter of you gotta supply the airplane and fuel too.

furthermore, if said company goes tits up at anytime, no refund will be issued, as that is the norm. In addition if one should fail their ride or get fired whatsoever reasons may be, no refund will be provided. It will also be noted that there shall be no intrest whatsoever applied to such payment by said applicant over the 15 yr period.

Where is that mullet sporting cross between Liesure Suit Larry and Ace McCool? This sounds like a job for just such a man of integrity.

You ain't kiddin Doc, thats where it seems to be going. No more questions like "Tell us about your career up until now". Now, its gonna be more like "Tell us about your credit history". What's aviation coming to?
