Some topics, like met, won't have changed much but regulations and nav (use of GPS for example) probably have.
An up to date CAP GEN is a must as well as the AIM, which you can download in PDF.
I used the Dauntless app early last year and quite liked it.

Sorry, Dauntless was for INRAT.
Used one of the printed workbooks for IATRA but can't remember which one.
