aviation management job qualification inquiry

Hi, I am an aerospace engineering graduate and want to move to aviation management filed. Please advice me. i.e. do i need further education in aviation management(diploma/ post grad diploma),will it be wise to do MBA or any business related course(post grad dip /masters).Or any other way to move to aviation management?
