I looked for a bit. I couldn't find one the prints it out properly. It either misses columns or the totals are all cluttered up and messy. I've been trying to make an excel version, but I can't seem to format it well enough so it can easily tally up the hours and print a hardcopy that's presentable.

Thanks for the help. Spreadsheet Excel or Numbers I think is the safest option. Who doesn't like a good spreadsheet?

Hello everyone, I wanted to revive this thread to see if anyone can offer any good digital logbook recommendations? I am currently using my own excel spreadsheet but it's proving to be increasingly hard to work with as I accumulate more experience. I was considering logten but people either seem to love it or hate it, especially with the subscription cost (we already pay for everything through our ears as pilots). Other options I was looking at are: myflightbook, logbook.aero, and excelpilotlogbook.com. Any idea about these or suggestions for others?

What difficulties are you finding with Excel?
Maybe I can help, what features are you looking to add?

The logbook option that comes with Foreflight is quite good in my humble opinion. If you get right into using all the functions of Foreflight, it will actually auto populate the logbook for you when you are using it for flight following in the cockpit.

Hello guys
Is there anyone who were disappointed and stopped using the MCC Pilotlog because of they changed to a subscription based platform with the new Crewlounge Pilotlog, and asked for a payment again?

Yes I did, I told Crewlounge to go pound sand when they wouldn't honor my lifetime membership.
Took my data to Logten. Yes they are more expensive but they converted all the MCCpilotlog data flawlessly, their support was top notch and the software is vert user friendly.

It isn't going anywhere, till it goes. When it does, may well come without any warning.

Is there any features of Sheets that cannot be converted back over to Excel?

Sheets does the ranges for dropdowns a little differently (you can get around that with using named ranges).

And some formulas in Sheets don’t exist in Excel, such as Query and Sortn. It’s a shame because Query is one of the reasons I prefer Sheets over Excel

Bobclown only posted 1 post and that is to praise the product.
This clearly is an ad from the owner of the website.
Here is my review.
I purchased the logbook a few years ago.
The owner confirmed that I will be getting my updates for life.
They now have a new terms and I won't be getting my updates for life.
This company can't be trusted.
Stay away.

A logbook spreadsheet (Google Sheets) project that I put together recently, completely free to use and if you feel like making your own take what you need from it. I personally use Safelog as I wanted a way to import my schedule and not have to pay for a subscription. But I enjoy creating spreadsheets and coming up with ideas on my days off. Links below are for the Logbook (will allow you to copy to your google drive) and the other link is some videos on how to use and any updates that I have done.
