Just be aware that your salary will be around the mid 40s as an FO living in Toronto GTA area and you will have to sign a 2 years training bond. If you dont mind slavery go for it.

Could be wrong but I believe there's a $35k bond for two years, fixed at two years. I.e you leave at 22 months you get to pay a nice $35 large to the company.

This is all correct 35k fixed bond for 2 years. Probably the worst bond arrangement in the industry, besides paying
Up front. Highly recommended if you apply you do not sign this crazy agreement - somewhat of an insult to pilots this day in age...
FO Pay is 55k and you fly a crap ton. Close to 800 - 900 hours per year. Sched is 2 weeks on - one week off.
Zero vacation time and zero sick days. If you book off sick the company expects you to repay the days later In The future. If you have a wedding or need More then a week off you simply don’t get paid. The mentality is they already give you 7 days off so you don’t need vacation, which is the opposite of any reputable company out there. If you can plan your wedding+honeymoon, trip to Asia, getting a horrible flu, surgery or death in your family to conveniently occur on your 7 days off then everyone’s happy.
Probably the worst health dental benefits in the industry.
Only captains are given a company credit card, however the FO’s are responsible to front food/catering before each trip. This could cost up to $150 or more per trip, as you’re responsible for food for 4 crew, patient and escort. During a busy rotation this could mean 600 to 1000 dollars, but they reimburse every two weeks. That being said it’s a lot of cash you have to front yourself.
Also FO’s are forced to use their personal credit cards at hotel checkin - remember only capt’s have a company card, and they get in crap from management if they use it for the FO’s hotel at checkin. (hotel is usually paid by company but holds are your responsibility). This means hundreds to 1000’s dollars being held/blocked on your personal credit card which you loose access to until holds are released.
Making 55k a year living in Toronto, you most likely won’t have a lot of extra disposable income, and these company expenses and holds add up so expect to struggle.
All hotels are booked by dispatch using hotels.com so no points for you.
All this being said (I know ... I know ... there is some good) you fly a lot, get to see cool places. But is it worth it? Your week off is generally recovering from 2 weeks of constant fatigue - you constantly get flipped from day flying to night flying to oceanic - it can be exhausting.
No one stays for more than 2 years. Get in ... fly your butt off, get your hours and leave as soon as your bond is up.
Better off to goto Jazz, work a few overtime shifts, make the same amount, enjoy travel benefits, receive a left seat upgrade in 12 months and have a much better quality of life and end up at AC 2 years later if that’s your goal... Or if you fancy international air ambulance, give Latitude a ring .... nice equipment, better QOL, better variety of international trips/flying, same pay & best of all no fixed bond craziness.

This is so bad that a simple 'NO' at the time of offer of employment wouldn't suffice. If the economy were different and this was your only opportunity, maybe, just maybe I could see this being an option. But with the way the job market is, the negatives of this position FAR outweigh any positives.
