CAP GEN

Where would one find a free (and current) CAP GEN online? Seems NavCanada only provides one if you purchase a CAP or provide your personal information.

NavCanada online store.
The CAP GEN is free. You might have to provide a credit card number to purchase it but it doesn’t actually charge anything.
