I was at the assessment today too. It is challenging, you really need to concentrate. There is a cafeteria that sells sandwiches, wraps, soda, etc. You get a few 10 minute breaks and a longer one for lunch. Dress code seemed pretty casual.

I have just received an invite to YWG assessment in Feb. and was wondering the same thing about breaks and dress code. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Yes there is, there is a water fountain right outside/fridge for any food you bring and a cafeteria for lunch. You wont be able to go to the cafeteria before lunch so I would suggest you bring your own snacks if you need them before ~12pm. You get 2, 10 minute breaks before lunch then one more after lunch (the computer tells you when to have these breaks). Dress code is casual, I went in a sweater and jeans and so did alot of others.

Thanks Levinqute, just what I wanted to know.

Congrats Glide Slope, sounds like it was a mental workout... was it one day of testing or two?

In Person assessment (aka FEAST) is always one day.

Those selected from FEAST for the next step, are invited for the 2-day boot camp.

All steps summarized:
Application - Online
Wonderlic Test - Online
In Person Assessment (aka FEAST) - At the ACC, 1 day assessment, On their laptop
Boot-camp - 2-days at the ACC. Cannot disclose anything due to NDA. Offers are sent after this step.

My advice for each step: Take plenty of rest, be fresh and healthy. Everything you need to prepare or practice will be provided by Nav Canada.

all the best for you all,
i took Wonderlic online test on january 14th, and called them they said you passed the first step and you are going to be on hold for a maximum period of 18 months,
the profile says : Assesment
so do you think that i would have a chance to get an email for the Feast ? i am wondering

thank you and best wishes

You definitely missed this round of assessments for the Fall 2020 training class. There should be another one for Spring 2021, with testing done Aug/Sept you might get invited to that round of testing if your scores are good enough
