How do you record footage with the flight display ribbons? (also are they called flight display ribbons??)

I'm talking about the display (airspeed/altitude ribbons etc..) they have overlayed in the following youtube video.

They are called tapes.

Most EFIS systems have recording functions. I don't know if they are using that EFIS data or if they are recording it with the video platform. No idea what program they are using to edit the data into the video.

Maybe Garmin?
