..not until TC finally certifies the aircraft. FlightSafety will have the sim certified to cat C by end of august, cat D once aircraft is good to go.

There are friendly bets amongst crews that it won't happen till after Christmas.

I never wish for people to lose money, but I hope y'all lose that bet.
I'm looking forward to switching all my transborder repo flying to Porter and those E195s can't come soon enough.
Any idea what terminal you guys will use?

Congrats! I just applied last week with 1500TT (well 1465TT) and over 300 multi-turbine. How long from applying to getting an interview did it take? Do you think my odds are good? hahaCessna777 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 13, 2022 11:26 amI interviewed on the 14th June. I got an email. Didn’t have to do a sim eval. Re: New Hires
I know of a few people back in May or June who have interviewed both for FO and DEC on the E2. Don't know where they are at now in the process.
Re: New Hires
There must be a bunch of Jazz E-jet pilots that have gone through…… I know of one with an interview scheduled.

Anyone who has gotten interviewed there, how long did take to receive the invitation from the time you submitted your application?
Its been almost 2 weeks for me and I haven't heard anything yet. Wondering if I should re apply.

As far as the E2, I do not believe any offers have been sent out or any siginificant communication. They only just finalized management on the E2 side, jet isn't certified by TC just yet, and sim is in standby on Level C.tsukubacpe wrote: ↑Mon Aug 01, 2022 4:23 pm great, thanks guys.

Once the jet gets its final certification, likely offers will go out asap, while the sim will switch from C to D upon aircraft certification. I imagine that sim will be running 24 hours a day once the new crews reach that point.
I'm excited for the industry movement. It's been quiet over the summer with AC sitting still.
