Priceless. Just like the SWA strategy in the US this summer. Add capacity while the big guys are reducing theirs.

How did that turn out? Low load factors and money losing flights. And an eventual reduction in capacity.

Go for it. I doubt that AC or WJ plan on ceding market share to Flair.

I don't know how "low cost" Flair employees are now but the gist of what the new CEO is putting out there is that they might end up being even lower cost in his vision of a ULCC.

ULCC... "Ultra Low Cost Crews" and customer experience".

You missed the "gist" completely. Also Flair's pilot CBA is online on UNIFOR's site.

Through the mill that they’ve recalled almost half of their laid off pilots. If so, very happy for them. Some positive news finally in this otherwise pain of an industry.

I don't think either are in a position to spend money to hinder them much.
