CES first officer or captain requirements?

Is it my imagination or do the requirements for that CES corporate pilot position seem more like Captain requirements?

1500 Multi PIC
1000 Jet PIC



Have we returned to the experience requirements of ol' where you need shuttle time to fly a Navajo in Canada? Hmm.

They label it as "Pilot" for a Hondajet.

I thought It seemed reasonable for a decent corporate gig. This is hardly a Navajo Gig.

In the current market they can ask for whatever they want and will probably get it!!! For a private operator, I'd guess more experience means less insurance. How many WJ pilots with tons of 737 experience do you think will apply? Probably a bunch, given that current CEWS on furlough or EI is only about $500/wk.

It's going to be an employer's market for some time. We all need to get used to it.

Perhaps, when I saw the ad I was stunned to think guys were getting on Globals in 2019 with 1500 hours lol. Just took me aback I suppose.

Upon first glance I remember seeing First Officer, looks like that adjusted now to just corporate pilot.

4000++ seems pretty reasonable if its a single pilot on a HA420, particularly in this insurance market.
