Companies that say instructing time doesn’t count, though I don’t know if that’s a thing anymore.

Right before covid, because I was an instructor I had a company ask me "how much of your multi time is actually you flying?"

Nothing shifty about sharing jobs that I can't have and trying to see if there is a demand.
I think Canadian pilots are wasting way too much time looking for a job.

You can always tell the pilots who were never instructors.

With their endless stream of consciousness about things that don’t matter and their grasping of the control column if things get a bit rough.... ....clearly they haven’t stared into the face of death enough times in their career.
